I need your opinion on my offers.

Context: I joined a fintech company three weeks ago, but I have now received an offer from New Relic for an SDE-2 role. would you recommend switching? Is it advisable to leave a company within a month of joining?

YOE: 2 years 3 months (Graduated in 2023)
Location: Bangalore, India

A FinTech company

Current Employer (Joined 3 weeks ago)
Role: SDE 2

• Fixed: 32 LPA
• Joining Bonus: 3 LPA
• Retention Bonus: 2 LPA
• 1st Year TC: 32 + 3 + 2 + 1 (ESOPs) ≈ 38 LPA

New Relic

Role: SDE 2

• Fixed: 38 LPA
• Performance Bonus: 2 LPA
• 1st Year TC: 38 + 2 ≈ 40 LPA

My Question

I appreciate your opinions and insights.

If you are suggesting New Relic, could you also share how to leave a company within a month? Will there be any consequences?
