Have an offer from a really great ERP company in Hyderabad who have their main campus in Hyderabad only which aligns with my experience but it feels like a lowball:

Relocation + Signing: 4.5L approx (1 time)
Stocks: 10000 USD per year

Feeling stuck whether I should accept or reject this offer or not as first one is in my hometown and I don't have to relocate and pay rent
