Questions:
- This salary looks on a lower end for the SDE-2 level but not sure if it is because of my experience level.
- Is this salary hike worth switching or shall I stay in my current organisation and look for better offers?
- My current company is ready to match the compensation but I am not confident in the financial situation of the company and I think there would be constant fear of layoff once the company would be left with less funds after 6 months.
- Is Toast a good brand? I would prioritize brand over significant hike because I think it can help in future switches. Please let me know if my thinking is wrong.
