If you're a fresher, Sandvine might be worth considering to get your foot in the door. The pay (16–17 LPA CTC) is decent for 0–2 YOE folks, but don’t expect great learning or cutting-edge work. Treat it as a stepping stone—learn on your own and plan to move on after a year or two.

However, for senior engineers — think twice:

🚫 Culture & Learning: Stagnant. No real tech growth, outdated stack. Senior folks who've been here for 7+ years are sitting comfortably with high salaries while expecting mid-level engineers to grind for peanuts.

🎭 HR Tactics: HR will try to lowball and fear-monger. Be firm and negotiate hard. Don’t fall for the "great exposure & learning" pitch — it's mostly fluff.

🕒 WLB: Mixed bag. It’s not terrible, but not great either. Many folks regularly stay late. don’t expect a clear boundary between work and personal life.

SKIP IT. THERE ARE FAR BETTER PLACES FOR SKILLED ENGINEERS.
