• Fixed: 33 LPA
• Joining Bonus: 2 LPA
• Perf Bonus: 4 LPA
• ESOPs: 43 LPA (vested over 4 years – 25%, 25%, 25%, 25%)
• 1st Year TC: 33 + 2 + 4 + 11 ≈ 50 LPA

Zeta

Role: SDE 2

• Fixed: 32 LPA
• Joining Bonus: 3 LPA
• Retention Bonus: 2 LPA
• ESOPs: 8 LPA (vested over 4 years – 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%)
• 1st Year TC: 32 + 3 + 2 + 0.8 ≈ 38 LPA

Which one would be better in terms of growth and learning? Both teams are working on a similar tech stack.
The cash component of both offers is similar; the major difference in compensation comes from the ESOPs.
