• YOE: 3+ years (2022 passout)

• College: North Eastern NIT

• Current company: Fintech startup (Noida) — CTC: 12.6 LPA fixed + 1 LPA ESOPs

• Role : Software Engineer

• Current team & manager: Team is supportive and I’ve learned a lot quickly, but overall work-life balance and top management quality are bad.

Offers (Summary):

1. Mobikwik

   • Role: SDE-2

   • Location: Gurugram (WFO all days)

   • CTC: 18 LPA (all fixed)

2. MakeMyTrip

   • Role: Senior Software Engineer I

   • Location: Gurugram (WFO all days)

   • CTC: 23 LPA (all fixed)

3. PharmEasy

• Role: Senior Software Engineer

• Location: Bengaluru (WFO 2 days/week)

• CTC: 28 LPA (26 LPA fixed + 1 LPA joining bonus + 1 LPA retention bonus)

What I care about (in order): career growth & learning, long-term impact/ownership, work-life balance, and compensation.

I suspect MakeMyTrip offered a lower package because they compared it to my current low salary.
