Hi,

I joined a product company on 1st September this month with offered CTC 27 LPA (23 Fixed),

and I had another offer from Nagarro with joining date on 15th Sept., now I declined their offer, so they came back with 32 LPA (~28-29 Fixed) offer.

I'm little confused, should I join Nagarro, given I am serving probation at current company, so I may have option to leave immediately.

The product company (mid-sized) is giving a flexible work timing, One day office.

I have total 5 years of experience, java backend.
Please suggest.
