I have received an offer from **Oracle OFSS ** for the Associate Consultant role

• CTC: ₹9.82 LPA (incl. bonus & PF).
• This is the salary description, I am unable to figure out the per month in hand.. If any of you could help me with that I would really appreciate. 😊

I’d appreciate insights on:

• What the work is like (implementation/support vs development)
• Career growth (If I decide to switch then will I get any preference or something in the name of oracle ;) )
• Work-life balance (Heard that working a orcale is pretty chill .. any insights will be really appreciated 🙏)
• Best location to choose (Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad / Chennai)
• Learning opportunities ( Since I am going for associate consultant what will I be learning in there? Heard that its almost same as sde but with less salary 🫠)
