I’m a 2025 CSE graduate and looking for advice on choosing between two offers:
Offer 1: Full-time SDE at a consulting company, CTC: 8 LPA.
Offer 2: SDE Intern at a fast-growing SaaS startup in AI space with a stipend of ₹50k/month. After conversion, the CTC would be around 18 LPA.

My background:
Did a 6-month full-stack internship earlier, but didn’t get a PPO (due to politics, not performance).

Questions I have:
1.Which offer should I go for — the secure full-time role or the intern+PPO track?
2.Is it reasonable to negotiate with the startup for a direct Intern + FTE offer by mentioning my consulting full-time offer?
3.How should I weigh job security vs growth and CTC potential in this situation?

Would really appreciate insights from anyone who has faced a similar decision.
