I have been fortunate enough in past month to receive three offers for software positions. Posting them here for people who are hustling.

Current CTC: 3700000 (37 LPA, all fixed)
Current Location: Bangalore

The offers are as below:

Offer # 1
Company: Salesforce
Title/Level: SMTS
Location: bangalore
base Salary: 4800000
Relocation: 0
Signing Bonus: 0
Stock bonus: $74K stock grant vested over 4 years (≈1583000 INR as used below)
Bonus: Performance-based bonus up to 15% of salary every year (≈720000)
Total comp (Salary + Bonus + Stock): 4800000 + 720000 + 1583000 = 7103000
Benefits: standard salesforce benefits (iphone, shuttl, etc)

Offer # 2
Company: Kotak Mahindra Bank
Title/Level: SDE 2
Location: hyderabad
base Salary: 4550000
Relocation: will book the flights, hotel (2 weeks) and transport of goods. no amount will be credited to bank for relocation
Signing Bonus: 200000 (only for first year)
Bonus: Performance-based bonus up to 10% of salary every year (≈455000)
Total comp (Salary + Bonus): 4550000 + 455000 = 5005000
Total comp first year (including signing): 5005000 + 200000 = 5205000
Benefits: health insurance (without parents) + home loan at reduced interest rate.
Note: A catch here is that, the base salary includes health and term insurance premiums, hence, the actual base would be less than the quoted base.

Company: Omniful

Location: Gurgaon
base Salary: 4500000
Relocation: 0
Signing Bonus: 0
Bonus: Performance-based bonus up 300000
Total comp (Salary + Bonus): 4500000 + 300000 = 4800000
Benefits: none (no health insurance). Perceived benefit: near to hometown (~160 Kms)
