YOE : 4.3 years
Working in a startup going for IPO in 2-3 months. ( 90% ESOPs already vested, no profit in newly allocated ESOPs )

Current:
Base : 28 LPA
ESOPS : 3 LPA
Total : 31 LPA

Offer :
CTC : 39 LPA ( All Base )

Did not saw great reviews for ColorTokens.
Even HR mentioned after the rounds that the glassdoor reviews are not that great
Since my current work is pathetic, not working on any large scale or distributed project, I'm thinking of accepting it.

What do you think?
