ISPACE - Compensation
Role - Principal Engineer
Base -64.5LPA
Variable - 12L
Sign on Bonus - 13L
No office perks.
Standard medical insurance.

Total for 1st year - 89.5LPA

Lyric Studio acquired ISPACE's Product and now they are setting up in INDIA. Till then, have to work under ISpace. Post setup, we move to Lyric. Major revamp on the acquired product is ongoing.

need help in understanding the work culture.
Pls share thoughts on going to this company. I didnt find much helpful review about this.
Is it okay to work under parent company for some time ?
