Current compensation: 26 LPA (all fixed)
YOE: 4.5

Oracle Cerner:
Role - IC3 (Frontend)
Base - 34 LPA
RSU : 30,000 $ (vested over 4 years as 40%, 30%, 20%, 10%)
Total Compensation - 44L for first year

Acko:
Role - UI2
Base - 30 LPA
Bonus - 7.5L
Total Compensation - 37.5L

What I care about: Job stability, Work life balance, Career growth opportunities
