I’m in a bit of a dilemma and would really appreciate your inputs and experiences. Here's my situation:

Current INfo:

• Senior Software Engineer
• 4.6 yoe in produt SaaS based company
• location: Noida
• Package: 10.24CTC, 9.45LPA Fixed

I have a confirmed offer from IBM Consulting Bangalore with:

Fixed: ₹14.35 LPA
Joining date: IN A WEEKS

Apart from that:

I’ve cleared two rounds at ThoughtWorks (Gurgaon) and have the final tech round coming up.

I’m also in the final round at DigiiCampus (Remote) — they’ve mentioned their hikes are limited, likely around ₹15 - 16 LPA total.

I'd like to negotiate for a better package (ideally around ₹18 LPA CTC, with at least ₹16–17 LPA fixed) in the upcoming offers.
I also value good company culture, work-life balance, and job stability (especially avoiding random layoffs).

If you’ve worked at or interviewed with any of these companies, what’s your real experience with work culture, learning, growth, or salary negotiations?

Any advice on negotiating better offers with either ThoughtWorks or DigiiCampus?
Should I join IBM and if i get better offer then resign ASAP to join better offer?
