Hi Leetcode community, need some suggestions to decide the offer.

Education: B.Tech ECE IIT
Years of Experience: 2
Prior Experience: Associate Software Engineer at US based MNC in Bangalore office
current CTC: 14.5 fixed + 5% performance bonus(70k) + 3.33 lac bonus = 18LPA

Need suggestions to decide between two offers;

Gojek - SDE-2 Bangalore
base: 24 LPA + 1.5 EPF + 2 lac performance bonus + 50k reimbursements =
28 LPA CTC
I feel this is a low-ball offer after reading about other compensations for SDE-2. I'm not sure if this is because I have less experience or my previous fixed comp is low.
med insurance - 6 lac

Zynga - SDE-2 Bangalore
base: 27 LPA (including EPF) + 10% bonus (~2.5 lac) + 2 lac joining bonus = 31.5 LPA CTC
med insurance - 8 lac

There is not much difference in comp but I' confused as to which company I should prefer.

Zynga is US based and is a bigger brand globally, work wise I'll get to work on variety of tech-stacks like web and Unity apart from just iOS.

Gojek's role will be more limited to iOS/mobile. But I feel in India Gojek has good repo and can open more opportunities for me in future because of brand name.

Need some help here to decide.
