I have 6+ years of experience in automation testing (Selenium with Java, Playwright with TypeScript), API testing, performance testing (JMeter), and manual testing. I’ve built custom test automation frameworks and led small QA teams. I’m currently interviewing for a Senior SDET role at BCG (India). My current CTC is ₹15 LPA. Based on current market trends in 2025, would a target CTC of ₹22–28 LPA be reasonable, or should I aim higher?
