I have 2 offers in hand and i need help on which company to join

Offer 1: SAP Ariba
Role : Developer T2 (Band 1)
CTC : 34Lpa
24lpa(Fixed) + 2.7 (Bonus) + benefits (transport , food , higher education etc)

Pros: Product based established company , no major red flags as such
Cons: Fixed pay is less (benefits added into ctc)

Offer 2: Samsung Rnd Banglore
Role: Lead Engineer
CTC : 31 Lpa

23LPA (Fixed) + 2.7 (fixed Performance Bonus for 1st yr) + 1.3 (SignOn Bonus) + 3.8 (Other variable bonus)

It also provides the basic benefits that SAP is giving.

Pros: I had offline interview and really liked the project description
The pay is slightly better

Cons: I have heard a lot of work pressure and bad company culture like working on weekends etc
