I’m currently in a dilemma and would appreciate your honest advice and insights to help me make the right decision. I’ve received offers from two companies, and I'm evaluating them based on compensation, brand value, growth opportunities, and work-life balance.

Experience: 2 years
Current Domain: Data Engineering
B.Tech: Tier-2 (Civil Engineer)
Current Organization:- Banglore based startup
Current CTC:- 9LPA (6.3 Fixed + 1.2L Retention + 1.5L Variable)

Offer 1:

Company Name: Mercedes Benz

Role: Data Engineer

Fixed : 11 LPA
Variable: 1 LPA
Relocation Bonus: 3 LPA (2 year clause)
Total CTC (Fixed + Variable + Rellocation): 15LPA
Total CTC (Fixed + Variable): 12LPA

Offer 2:

Company Name: Trinity Life Sciences

Role: Senior Product Engineer- Data Engineer

Fixed CTC: 13.5 LPA
Variable: 1.5 LPA
Joining Bonus / Relocation: #NA
Total CTC (Fixed + Variable): 15 LPA

Please help me with these queries:-

1. Which offer should i choose and which company should i go with?
2. My current organization is asking to match the counter offer along with WFH facility, should i accept that?
3. Am I being paid fairly as per the market standard? Or iam being lowballed?
