But Startup 1 Ready to negotiat the offer and give 11 fixed + 1 annual Bonus.

then In annual apprasal StartUp1 gave exceptional appraisal to 30% (15Lpa)

and again in next 4 month cracked Samsung R and D banglore (Total exp 2 yrs).
