Bonus: 5–10 LPA
Position: Senior Member Technical
Role: SDET
Concern: Not a core dev role. I’ll try for an internal switch later, but no guarantee.

Offer 2: Early-stage startup

Base: 25 LPA
Joining bonus: 3 LPA
Performance bonus: 2 LPA
Esops: 12 lakhs (25%+25%+50%)
Concern: Very early stage, so there’s a lot of risk involved in terms of stability and long-term visibility.

Need some advice on what should I do.
