I have appeared for the interviews at Cockroach labs for the position of Member of technical Staff(3+ years). What salary should I request for both base pay and total compensation? I am holding one offer as well. Please help with the same.
Location - Bangalore (India)

Current Compensation
Base : Around 35Lakh
Location : Remote
