I have received one offer from gojek,

Prev Comp: 42(Base)+paper money esops (Series C startup)
Offered Comp: 42(Base) + ~10% jb + ~10% bonus = 51LPA.

Is it a good offer to join gojek ?
Can anyone share insights on work culture there and how much can i negotiate as they are offering similar to my current comp.
