Total comp : 13.8 base + 4.45 bonus

Offer company: Cohesity
total proposed comp : 23.32 base +1.76 bonus + 2000 units esops (around 30 lakhs wasted for 3 years)

Current YOE is 1.11 years

Current company is chinese company and offering me onsite oppurtunty in Shanghai countering to my current offer(Onsite componsation is yet to know but it will be around 30-40 INR equivalent). Which offer should i consider?

Also from last year getting visa for china is dificult but i have also visited china for 1 month in last year. Some employee were going for 1 year but could not make due to visa issue

Also current domain is in embedded systems which is dont want to persue ahead.In cohesity i will working around data storage and file systems which is not related to hardware anymore. I have CS degree in my b.tech
