My current CTC is 34.5lpa (all Base) here at Goldman Sachs. I have a total 4 year 8 months of experience rn.

I have an SDE 2 offer from goDaddy:

Base : 28.5 lpa
Bonus: ~10% of base(varibale based on Company performance)
RSU: $42000(30%, 30%, 20%, 20%)
Total for 1st year ~ 42lpa

Another offer from JPMorganChase for an SDE 3 position

Base: 40lpa
Bonus: ~10-12% of base (based on Individual + Company performance)
Joining Bonus: 1 lpa
Total for 1st year ~45lpa

Which should I go for ?
The Team at JPMorgan is the Data platform team working on Python and AWS whereas I dont have much idea about the tech stack of the team at goDaddy(since it was the 1st offer)
