Looking for stability + good WLB (with 30lpa + base)
Location preference: Pune/North India > HYD > BLR/Mumbai

• 37 LPA base (Rejected. Got bad reviews & a cheap company)

Kunato Ltd (Sr. SDE)

• Pros: 43LPA base & learning is great
• Cons: WLB is not great & it's 5 days WFO & a small startup

Mid size startup with 200-300 peeps (some 15+ yr old company) (Tech Lead)

• 36 LPA base
• Pros: WLB is good, manager is european, & they do not PIP
• Cons: Responsibility of tech lead. Internal politics, which was visible during interview process as well. With ChatGPT not sure on future of this company & I cannot afford another layoff (already got 4 switch on resume)
• Also company is LLP & not Pvt. Ltd or Public

Well prepaired but didn't got any calls from established MNCs. Been applying for 2 months now
Also my LWD is in a week, so I'll be unemployed. Already 4 switch on resume, so looking for something stable to spend 3-4 yrs.

Which place to join/ or keep interviewing ?
I'm not looking for FAANG, any company with stability & WLB (UKG, Target, Tesco, BNY, Barclays, Zeta, Juniper) (possibly in Pune location)
