1. A fairly mature startup based out of US:
   role: SDE III
   CTC: 59L - 51L base + 10% perf bonus + remaining joining bonus
   Mode: Fully Remote (role out of bangalore, but fully remote)

2. Freshworks (Hyd/Chennai)
   role: Lead Software Engineer
   with their Platform engineering team
   CTC: they have mentioned 40-42 base and remaining stock (donno how much yet)
   Mode: Hybrid

3. FICO (Bangalore)
   role: Lead Software Engineer (Python)
   CTC: 40-ish base + 10% perf bonus + some joining bonus

Can you guys comment on engineering culture at Freshworks and FICO and how the people are, and what the split of work is like (Fresh development : maintenance : on-call support)

My priorities:
Right now I am prioritising learning above everything else. Want to upskill towards a high calibre staff level engineer (potentially tier-1 level)
