Joining Bonus : Nil
Stocks : 5L (vested over 3 Years)
Total Comp : 24.75
Location : Banglore
Profile : SWE 3
Office culture : 5 days in office

First Year compensation is almost same for both.

My dilemma

PayU : More opportunities for learning and growth than Walmart, Hybrid culture.
Walmart : Brand Name, More perks and better work culture than PayU
