I'm 25 and at a critical career juncture, weighing two job offers and feeling a bit overwhelmed. I'd really appreciate any insights or experiences you can share.

My Offers:

Assistant Professor (CSE Dept.) at an engineering institute in Bengaluru
Monthly Salary: ₹60,000

Software Developer at a small IT startup near my home (30 minutes commute)
Monthly Salary: ₹20,000

I have interest in development. I dont know what to do?

Should I choose the Assistant Professor role AND simultaneously enroll in "pay after placement" IT/development courses? The idea would be to leverage the stable income from teaching to fund these intensive courses, and then try to transition into an IT company as quickly as possible upon completion?
