Yoe : 8.2 yrs as Java Backend Engineer
current ctc : 25.5 LPA fixed

1. Optum : fixed 30.8 LPA + 6 Lpa (variable) + 2 Lpa PF
   Role : Lead Software Engineer
   For optum on a single day all the 3 rounds happened mostly questions are related to DSA medium leet code , springboot internals and microservice architecture questions.

2. Jaggaer : fixed 35 LPA
   Role : Senior Software Engineer
   2 rounds of interview , first round is architectural discussions
   second round is related to writing a production grade application in a TDD environment to make the given tests successful.

3. Concentrix : fixed 36 LPA
   Role : Senior software engineer
   2 rounds of internal rounds related to internals of jvm architecture, core java , springboot and microservices (mostly related to scenario based )
   client round with Evernoth (mostly this is also scenario based)

I am in a bit of confusion which needs to be accept.
I need a little bit of information regarding these companies as per the current market standards for these companies which can be chosen ?
