Role: SDE
Offered CTC: Rs. 40 LPA fixed (32 fixed + 8 rsu)

Offered role: Senior SDE

Current company 2 days from office, Jfrog 3 days from office.
Current company is large company with less work pressure. Not sure if it is ok to make a jump to small company now. Current company is stable and profitable but work is little boring.
