Previous experience: Early age startup (Learned so many things here, worked heavily on Go)
Current CTC : ₹8.6 LPA + ₹1.6 Esops

Any idea of work culture at Honasa ?

Here at my current org, work is very good. But Honasa is lowballing based on previous compensation. Tried negotiating only once. Also how to negotiate when the previous is low.
