Is 14 LPA is fair enough for SDE II in Delhi ??

Hey everyone,

I started my full-time job in 2023 in Delhi as an SDE I with a total fixed CTC of ₹6 LPA.

After a year, I got a 10% hike, so my CTC became ₹6.6 LPA (all fixed).
Now, it’s been 1 year and 10 months since I joined, and While I’ve gained some experience, I’ve felt there’s been limited learning and growth in terms of tech and responsibilities. I recently got an external offer for an SDE II role with the following:

Fixed CTC: ₹10.8 LPA

ESOPs: ₹2.5 LPA

Joining Bonus: ₹1 Lakh

After this, my current company has come back with a counter-offer to retain me. They're offering:

Role: SDE II

CTC: ₹14 LPA (All Fixed)

Perk: 1 month paid leave immediate after accepting offer

Tech Stack : Python + Django(Mostly Backend Dev role)

Just wanted to get some advice — is this a fair offer considering my experience and tech stack? Or is it on the lower side?
