Walmart vs Sigmoid Offer – Career & Compensation Advice Needed

Hi Everyone,

I’ve received two offers and I’m evaluating them based on both financial benefits and long-term career growth. Would appreciate some honest advice from the community.

Background:
Current CTC: ₹22 LPA (Fixed)
Current Role: Senior Engineer
Experience: 6 Years
Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot.

ComponentWalmart, BangaloreSigmoid (Client: Wells Fargo), Bangalore
RoleSenior Software Engineer (H)Software Development Engineer III
Annual Fixed Pay₹27.24L₹31L
Bonus₹5.2L (20% of base)₹3L
Stock (RSUs)₹6.5L in Walmart Inc. sharesNone
Total Target Pay₹38.9L (CTC + Bonus + Stock)₹34.6L

I feel Walmart’s brand name can add strong weight to my resume, and possibly open doors to top-tier product companies in the future.
However, the fixed component is lower than sigmoid, which makes me think about negotiating again — is that still possible after offer release?
Sigmoid has offered a higher fixed pay, but it is for a client project (Wells Fargo) — which makes me hesitant due to long-term stability and limited product ownership.

Questions:
Can I negotiate again with Walmart to match or improve the fixed component?
Which offer would be better financially and for long-term career growth?
How valuable is Walmart's brand and stock component (RSUs) in the Indian market context?
Would joining a client-based project (like Sigmoid → Wells Fargo) limit my career growth in the future?
Any insights, especially from people who’ve worked at Walmart or Sigmoid (or in client projects), would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
