  Base Salary: ₹32L
  Joining/Sign-on Bonus: 6L ( 5L + 1L)
  Stocks/ESOPs: 120k Dollar (4 year vesting period)

• Company: 6Sense
  Title/Level: SDE3
  Location: Bangalore (Platform Team)
  Base Salary: ₹43L
  Bonus: 7L (annual)
  ESOPs: 5000 units (Unlisted)

• Company: Cohesity
  Title/Level: MTS3
  Location: Bangalore (Not sure on team)
  Base Salary: ₹43L
  Annual Bonus: 4L
  Stocks: 3000 units (1 unit ~ 20$ in secondary buyback)

What I’m Optimizing For:
Strong learning curve
Exposure to scalable systems and good engineering practices
Long-term career growth and brand

Any red flags, team feedback, or growth trajectory comparison would be super helpful.
