Role: SDE-2 (Java, Springboot)
Base salary: 18L
Location: WFH

Offer 1:
Company: Tekion Corp
Role: SE-1 (Java, Springboot)
Base Salary: 25L
Joining Bonus: 1L
Relocation Bonus: 1L
ESOPs: 4000 units vested (25% annually)
Location: Bangalore (4 days WFO)

Offer 2:
Company: DigitalOcean
Role: SDE-2 (Golang)
Base Salary: 25L
Bonus 7.5% (variable)
RSUs: 16L (vested over 4 years)
Location: Hyderabad (3 days WFO)

I have heard a lot of negative comments about WLB at Tekion.
Currently I am only looking for growth in my career.
Will the location play a role here?
