B.Tech Grad from Tier 1
Company : a PBC
Comp : ~24

Oracle :
Role : SDET (IC3)
Base : 29 L
Rsu's : 32K vested for 4 years
Net : ~ 36 LPA

IBM ISL :
Role : SDE
Base : 33 L (including PF)
JB : 15 L (7.5 + 7.5)
Net : ~ 40 LPA + Perf Bonus
(No RSU's for individual contributors @IBM while joining)

Qualcomm :
Role : Senior SDE
Base : 31 L
RSU's : 30K vested over 3 years
JB+RB : 6 L
Yearly Refreshers RSU's : ~15K vested over 3 Years
Net : ~45 LPA + Perf Bonus

Other interviews Cleared :
Analog Devices : Senior SDE (~ 37 LPA)
Cadence : Senior SDE (~32 LPA) (Declined the offer)
Goldman Sachs : SDE (Associate) (Declined offer after verbal confirmation)

Looking for some advice on choosing among the above for my next role. My top priority is learning and growth over WLB. Would appreciate any insights from people who’ve worked at either company or have faced a similar choice. Thanks in advance!

Would really appreciate any inputs, as I am thinking to choose between Qcom / IBM ISL.

IBM : Interested in the team, Driver development
Qcom : Similar work (Linux Driver Development), It's just I'm not sure about the work culture, also 3 month NP and brand value ..

What I’m Optimizing For:
Strong learning curve
Exposure to OS , low level development and good engineering practices
Long-term career growth and brand

Any red flags, team feedback, or growth trajectory comparison would be super helpful.
