Should I join Lululemon with 50 LPA (fixed) offer? Currently at JPMC with 35 LPA (10 YOE)

Hi everyone,
I could use some advice. I have around 10 years of experience.

I’m currently working at JPMC, earning XY LPA fixed +4L variable.

I recently got an offer from Lululemon for XY LPA fixed + 20% variable.

On the surface, the hike is good, but I’m wondering if it makes sense from a career and stability perspective.
I’m trying to evaluate:

Work-life balance
Job security (especially since Lululemon is more retail-focused, not traditional tech)
Growth opportunities
Brand value in the long run (in case I want to switch later)
Team and tech stack quality

Would love to hear thoughts from anyone who has worked at Lululemon or knows about their tech org. Also, if you were in my shoes, would you take it?
