I currently work at a Series-B start-up as an SDE1. My current compansation is 18 LPA (Base). I'm currently interviewing for a unicorn start-up which is giving me 25 LPA base with the same title (~40% hike). My question is should I stay at my current company if they match the offer? My experience at the current company is ~1.5 Years.

Please help on this. A bit urgent!!
