I'm currently working at a legacy Tier 1.5 company as a DevOps Engineer(almost 2YoE).
I've just received an offer from Alteryx for associate developer experience engineer. I'm quite confused now since I wanted to switch from a DevOps background to Backend dev, and this role doesn't seem to fulfil my requirement. I also wanted to know about the work culture there, and some advice on whether I switch now and look for SDE2 roles 1-2 years later or focus on getting promoted in my current org and switch to dev background later.

Current Compensation:
In-Hand - 16.5LPA
Performance Bonus - 10%
Stocks - 15000USD vested over 3 years

Compensation provided by Alteryx:
In-Hand - 30.74LPA
Performance Bonus - 10%
Stocks - 1500 (40% vested equally over 5 years, 60% when you leave the company)
