Currently my fixed component - 13 LPA , Exp - 1.5 Years , Role - Sde1

I have these offer right now :

UKG : Fixed - 20 LPA , Variable - 1.5 LPA , and other benefits. (SDE-2)

Pine Labs : Fixed - 19 LPA , Variable - 2.5 LPA. (SDE-1)

Junglee Games : Fixed - 19 LPA, Variable - 1.5 LPA (SDE-1)

Please help me to choose which offer is more better in terms of future growth, As I have heard pine labs has bad work life balance out of all. Also UKG has good and Junglee games has mixed.
