Hi all, I need help in deciding which org to join.

position - SDE
YoE - ~1 year (+10 months internship)
passout - 2024 (tier 2/3 college)
current ctc - 8 LPA (all fixed)

Delhivery
offered ctc - 12 LPA(all fixed)
location - Gurugram
work mode - 5D WFO

Paytm
offered ctc - 13 LPA(fixed) + 1/1.5L bonus
location - Noida
work mode - 5D WFO

I am based out of Delhi(closer to paytm office). Travelling 5D to Gurugram would be hectic for me.

I would like advice in deciding which offer to accept. Since I'm still in my early stage of career, I am looking for growth and better work. But at the same time I think for growth better WLB is important(helps in staying sane).
