I got an offer from Headout India and It feels like they lowballed me.

Role: SDE 1 (Frontend)
Base: 21 lac
Variable: 3 lac
Stocks: 6 lac

YOE: few months less than 2 years

Current TC: 20 lac (18 fixed + 2 variable)

They told me that this the the max they can do. I have asked them to increase.
