I wanted to discuss my oracle offer for principal engineer IC4 role
Recently, I got an offer from Oracle for IC 4 role. Please see the compensation details below:

Education: MCA
Years of Experience: 14.6 years
Prior Experience: Staf software engineer in a Walmart hoping for promotion in November
Current CTC: base 60lakh bonus 15 lakh rsu 28 lakh
Date of the Offer: April 2024
Company: Oracle SAAS
Title/Level: Principal Software Engineer (IC 4)
Location: Bangalore, India
Salary: 80 LPA
Relocation: NA
Signing Bonus: Negotiating
Stock bonus: 160k usd stock grant vested over 4 years
Total comp (Salary + Stock): 114 LPA (for first 4 year)

Should i wait for other offer ? As oracle have reputations for no hike yeay on year, any feedback or suggestions ?
