I’ve (5 YOE) received two offers for a Senior Software Engineer role and need help deciding. Here are the details:

Oracle:

Tech Stack: Java and Python

Team: Non-Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Fusion

CTC: ₹27 LPA (fixed, no stocks or annual bonus)

Perks: None (no cab or lunch facilities)

Company Status: Established brand

Leaves: 38 paid days (15 earned, 12 sick, 11 national holidays)

Notice Period: 1 month

Evernorth Health Services (division of Cigna):

Tech Stack: Python, React, GenAI

Office: Newly established Hyderabad branch

CTC: ₹32 LPA total (₹27L fixed + 10% annual bonus + ₹1L joining bonus)

Perks: Door-to-door cab, free lunch

Company Status: Relatively new in Hyderabad

Leaves: 54 paid days (18 earned, 12 sick, 12 casual, 12 national holidays)

Notice Period: 3 months

Evernorth’s offer is ~₹5L higher with better perks (cab, lunch, leaves), but Oracle is a stable brand with a shorter notice period. I’m leaning toward Evernorth for the pay and tech stack (GenAI/React), but unsure about joining a new office and would like to know about Oracle’s low hikes vs. Evernorth’s potential (any insights on hikes at Evernorth/Cigna?)
