I had the opportunity to interview with Games 24x7, where I went through four rounds of interviews. The first two were technical, followed by a discussion with the Director of Engineering, and the final round was conducted by the company's CEO and Founder.

**1st Round (Technical)**
- DSA: Questions on Kadane’s Algorithm, Binary Search, and BFS (Leetcode Medium). The interviewer explored different approaches to solving the problems.
- Project Discussion, Optimization of ETL pipelines, high-level architecture of Spark, reasons for choosing Spark over Hive, real-time analytics project, Kafka ingestion, and compression techniques.
- SQL: Advanced SQL queries based on different scenarios, including window functions.

**2nd Round (Technical)**
- Project Discussion: Spark performance tuning, AWS services listed in my resume, and team structure in my previous company.
- Spark SQL(Handling nested JSON), schema consistency.
- Data Partitioning, Concepts of coalesce and repartition, Delta tables (extensive discussions on these topics with various scenario-based questions.

**3rd Round (Problem Solving ability)**
I was unsure whether this would be a technical or cultural fit round, but it turned out to be a problem-solving discussion. The interviewer assessed my ability to think outside the box and your knowledge of the latest industry trends, both national and international might help in this round.

**4th Round (CEO & Founder)**
A 30-minute cultural fit discussion with the CEO, focusing on alignment with the company’s vision and values.

I learned a lot throughout this process and am excited for the journey ahead! 🚀

**Compensation:** can't give the exact figures but your in-hand will be varying from 22-26 LPA depending on your previous compensation and your negotiating skills xD + 12% of base + RSUs + JB
