Hi I got an offer from Cars24. Need help in deciding what to do!

Current: 24 LPA + 1.5 Lac Performance + 3 lakh esops every year
YOE: 3.8 yrs
Location: Bangalore

Offer
Company: Cars 24
Offer: 35 Fixed + 5 Performance Variable = 40 CTC
Location: Bangalore

Considering my notice period is over and many negative reviews about work culture at Cars24 here. Should I join Cars24 or keep interviewing?

In case I need to join, which location is comparatively better in terms of culture or work- Gurgaon or Bangalore.

Please help.
