Current Company: M2P (Fintech startup)
Current Designation: Senior Software Engineer
Current TC: 34 LPA (30.5 LPA fixed + 3.5 LPA variable)

Oracle Cerner
Position: SMTS
Base Salary: 38 LPA
RSUs: $40K (vested over 4 years in a 40%-30%-20%-10% ratio)
Overall CTC (first year): 52LPATarget Corp
Position: Senior Engineer
Base Salary: 40 LPA
Variable Pay: 4 LPA
Overall CTC: 44 LPAQuestions:
I'm unsure which company to choose. Have I been lowballed by Oracle or Target?
Should I negotiate further with Target as the HM asked me to inform if I get a better offer?
How is the work culture at both companies? Will I have good learning opportunities? What tech stacks are used?
Any insights into performance appraisals at Target or Oracle Cerner? It would be helpful to get some numbers.Thanks in advance!
