I need your opinion on my offers.

Which one would be better in terms of growth and learning? WLB is the similar for both teams.

My long-term goal is to reach an SDE-2 role at a big tech company within or after one year.

Context: I joined a Games24x7 three weeks ago, but I have now received an offer from Tekion corp for an SE-1 role (their entry-level role is Associate SE). should I consider switching? Is it advisable to leave a company within a month of joining?

YOE: 1 year 7 months (graduated in 2023)

Current Employer (Joined 3 weeks ago)

• Comp: 23 LPA (Fixed) + 2.5 LPA (Performance bonus) + 1 LPA (Joining bonus)
• 1st Year TC: 27 LPA
• CTC: 27 LPA
• Role: SDE 1
• Tech Stack: Java, Spring, AWS, Kafka

Tekion Corp (New Offer)

• Comp: 25 LPA (Fixed) + 4000 units ESOPs (20 LPA - Vested over 4 years) + 2 LPA (Joining bonus)
• 1st Year TC: 32 LPA (27 Fixed + 5 ESOPs)
• CTC: 47 LPA
• Role: SE 1
• Tech Stack: Java, Spring, Database Internals

If you are suggesting Tekion, could you also share how to leave a company within a month? will there be any consequences?
