Oracle Health ( cerner )
    Position - SMTS  
    38 Lakh (Fixed)  + stocks 

Salesforce 
  Position - MTS  
  30 Lakh (Fixed) + 3 Lakh (Bonus) + stocks

I can see in levels. fyi Salesforce MTS is equivalent to Oracle SMTS ( overlap )

1. How are layoffs in Oracle and Salesforce .
2. How is Oracle Health vs SF in terms of Refresher Stocks / Bonus , culture , growth .
3. Which one is better in terms of promotion / appraisals .

Any inputs will be super helpful !

I am ok with few Lakh less also , if the below condition are met .
