First-Year Compensation: ~₹33LTried negotiating the fixed pay, but HR refused, stating that the bonus payout is usually over 100% every year, which I confirmed from others as well. Accepted the offer as there was a decent increase in total compensation, and I wanted to move out of the banking sector.
